How to reach Aarhus by car
The Inter-European E45 is the main hub for all motorised traffic from the south to the north of Denmark. The road passes Aarhus and offers you easy and quick access to Aarhus city centre and the venue area on the harbour.
Motorway exits for easy arrival to the venue:
- Exit onto road 501
- Exit 46, follow the road and then choose Exit 20 onto road 505
Parking on the venue is very limited and you can only park your car if you have a pre-allocated permit – Your MNA is in control of the nation permits. Permits must be displayed and are only valid for the allocated areas.
Parking in Aarhus City Centre is very limited. Some off-street parking spaces can be found in the area and there are several multi-story carparks within 15 mins walk from venue. See VisitAarhus for multi-story car parks.
Parking in Aarhus City Centre is very limited and rather expensive, so it is advisable to leave your vehicle at your accommodation and take advantage of the free public transport offered as a part of your accreditation.

How to reach Aarhus by rail
The Central Station is located only 15 min/1.5 km walk from venue.
The Central Station is the hub of shopping, street life and several cultural sites such as ARoS art museum and Aarhus City hall.
The station is a gateway to all local public transport, taxis, city bikes, the airport busses, regional and inter-regional trains with direct routes to Copenhagen, Copenhagen Airport, Hamburg and Berlin.
The Central Station is home to the national rail service DSB’s travel agency, luggage storage, toilets, eateries and the shopping centre Bruuns Galleri.
